Snowy Days

We've had a whole lot of snow days this year.  Three and counting this month alone.  That doesn't mean that our members aren't getting the support they need to stay fit and have a bit of fun.  On our private Facebook page, we often share workouts that can be done at home.  We thought it might be a good idea to share them with everyone.  So, here are a few recent ones that were written by Coach Bridget.

 

 

As Many Reps As Possible in 20 Minutes 
10 Squat Jumps
15 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Lunges
25 Double Unders*

*50 Single Unders - if you don't have a jump rope at home, do 25 Jumping Jacks


5 Rounds for Time
30 Sit Ups
30 Lunges
30 Ground to OverHead*

*Pick an object from around your house - maybe a book? a dumbbell? a small child? get creative!


3 Rounds for Time
15 Burpees
15 Squats
15 Box Dips* 

*use a chair!
